Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end customer support: order processing, invoicing, and control of shipments and primary documentation
- Maintaining and updating data in 1C system
- Coordinating interaction between customers, service department, warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams
- Monitoring and supporting import processes, including preparation of permits and customs documentation via government portals
- Liaising with transportation companies and 3PL providers
- Providing office administrative support: coordinating courier deliveries, ordering office supplies, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Preparing reports and supporting internal operational processes
- Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, back office, logistics, document management, or administrative support
- Experience in an international company is preferred
- English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence
- Confident user of 1C, Excel, and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and self-management
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Stable career background (long-term positions preferred)
