About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard CDL drivers and Owner Operators. The ideal candidate understands how to build strong driver pipelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure high-quality hires.
Key Responsibilities

Source and attract Owner Operators and Company Drivers no less than 5 per month

Use platforms like Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist, and other recruiting channels

Conduct screening and onboarding of drivers

Ensure drivers meet background and compliance standards (clean records)

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers

Maintain, monitor, and regularly update driver databases and records

Optimize sourcing strategies to reduce recruitment costs

Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in driver recruiting, with a clear understanding of daily hiring processes and challenges
- Experience working with large fleets (200+ trucks) and handling high-volume hiring without dropping quality
- Strong ability to find and attract drivers using multiple platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other sourcing channels
- Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily interaction with drivers
- Ability to build trust with drivers, keep communication professional, and maintain long-term relationships
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple candidates at once and keep the workflow structured
- Experience in maintaining, updating, and monitoring driver records, ensuring all data is accurate and easy to track
- Good attention to detail, especially when working with driver information and compliance requirements
- Focused on bringing in quality drivers while keeping recruitment efficient and cost-effective
