We are currently seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our team within the fintech and payments sector.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines
• High level of organization, proactivity, and results orientation
• Fluency in English
• An established network of relevant industry contacts will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on expanding merchant traffic across Europe
• Conduct negotiations, deliver presentations, and prepare commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure seamless client integration
• Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with short onboarding cycles
