Hi! We are the team behind EAST 101 and HUNGRY ANGRY, creating bold and memorable dining experiences by blending Asian and modern cuisine.
We’re looking for an SMM Manager to own and grow our social media presence. You’ll manage 4 accounts - two established (EAST 101 and HUNGRY ANGRY) and two brand-new - building structured content plans and driving consistent growth and engagement.
We’re looking for a professional with a strategic mindset and strong content skills - someone who can build efficient processes, deeply understand the brand and audience, and turn ideas into effective digital solutions. Attention to detail, ownership of results, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
You’ll report to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the Designer and Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media channels

  • Create monthly content plans, define content pillars and posting schedules

  • Coordinate content production and execution

  • Manage all communication across social media channels

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

  • Monitor performance and analytics

  • Optimize content based on engagement and reach, recommend improvements

Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory. Russian language is a strong advantage

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts. Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with experience in other industries

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and growth mechanics

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

  • Data-driven mindset
