We are currently looking for motivated and goal-oriented Driver Recruiters to join our HR Department. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified CDL drivers for the U.S. market. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to work with high volumes of leads while meeting weekly hiring targets.
Driver / Recruitment Manager (CDL Division)
About the Role:
We are looking for a strong HR / Recruitment Manager to lead and systematize our CDL driver recruitment team. You will not only manage recruiters but also build structure, improve performance, and ensure consistent hiring results for the U.S. trucking market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate a team of driver recruiters
• Build and improve recruitment processes and workflows
• Monitor daily performance (calls, conversions, hires)
• Set clear KPIs and ensure weekly/monthly hiring targets are achieved
• Train and onboard new recruiters
• Audit calls, scripts, and communication quality
• Maintain CRM structure and data accuracy
• Optimize sourcing channels and improve lead conversion rates
• Report team performance to management daily/weekly
• Identify weak points in the recruitment funnel and fix them
Languages:
• Russian — Native / Fluent
• Uzbek — Native / Fluent
• English — C1 (Advanced)
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in HR / recruitment / sales management (preferably logistics or US market)
• Leadership skills — ability to manage and motivate people
• Understanding of KPI-driven environments
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Analytical mindset and attention to numbers
• Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-based environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in CDL / trucking recruitment (big advantage)
• Background in U.S. staffing or dispatching industry
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and sales psychology
