Product Manager

The opened vacancy implies working on our flagship product. Our product is a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances. Founded in 2015, the platform now has around 2 million user base and holds partnerships with tech giants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop our B2C and B2B products: improve and launch new features;

• Participate in new product launches: conduct discovery, refine UX, and oversee the product development process;

• Take full ownership of product areas end-to-end;
• Operate at the intersection of business, engineering, and analytics;
• Deeply dive into fintech and payment-related processes;

• Create documentation: write PRDs, describe business processes for developed features;

• Collaborate with development teams: setting tasks, participating in grooming sessions, monitoring release timelines and quality.

• 3+ years of experience in product management;
• Experience in launching features from idea to release;
• Understand business models and product metrics;
• Skills in hypothesis formulation and validation;
• Confident working with data and metrics;
• Able to make data-driven decisions;
• Understand how APIs and frontend/backend work;
• Understand user experience design principles.
