F&B Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing group business, developing new corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional event experiences — from the initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Events, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively generate and secure group and catering business (300+ peak rooms) to meet revenue targets
  • Develop and manage new corporate accounts, driving room nights and overall revenue
  • Identify market opportunities and stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends
  • Apply strong negotiation and sales techniques to close deals and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with Area Sales teams and external partners to generate new business

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Represent the hotel through sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and FAM trips
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and all event-related documentation
  • Ensure smooth handover between Sales, Event Management, and Operations teams
  • Oversee all stages of event execution: pre-event, on-site, and post-event
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client experience

Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Monitor booking trends and optimize last-minute sales opportunities

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service in line with brand standards
  • Ensure every client interaction is personalized and memorable
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve service quality
