Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field
- Teaching experience at High School or University
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent preferred)
- Experience teaching IBDP Physics or a strong willingness to be trained in the IB framework
- Strong command of English (instruction is delivered in English)
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with IB Diploma Programme Physics requirements
- Prepare students for internal and external IB assessments, including practical work and the Internal Assessment (IA)
- Design and implement inquiry-based and concept-driven instruction
- Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment standardization, and departmental collaboration
- Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional learning activities
