We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, War Robots: Frontiers – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

Come join a universe of professional opportunities: develop and support large scale projects from PC/console/mobile, and create products across various genres – from casuals to shooters.

What you'll do:

  • Design and develop high-performance tables and efficient pipelines to evolve the analytics layer in ClickHouse

  • Lead the transition of all analytics workloads to the new core, including migrating legacy data from PostgreSQL

  • Expand the analytics layer by integrating new data sources, events, and third-party tools

  • Own incident response — troubleshooting issues, repairing data, and correcting historical records to maintain a "single source of truth"

  • Enhance internal Python libraries and streamline workflows within our infrastructure (Airflow, TeamCity, Jupyter, Zeppelin)

  • Translate high-level analyst expectations into formalized technical requirements and actionable solution designs

  • Partner with Analytics, DevOps, and Development teams to deliver seamless cross-functional results

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL with a deep understanding of database architecture

  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse and a clear understanding of its inner workings and performance tuning

  • Commitment to YAGNI, KISS, and DRY principles — you measure twice and cut once

  • Ability to build idempotent, fault-tolerant systems backed by robust monitoring and technical metrics

  • Rigorous self-testing habits and the ability to define your own validation criteria

  • Comfort jumping into an existing codebase to refine, improve, and integrate it into new solutions

  • Ability to navigate incomplete problem statements and proactively clarify requirements with stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

  • Familiarity with Airflow, Jupyter, or Zeppelin
