Responsibilities:

  • General Expenses (GE) controlling: monitoring and controlling GE, performing budget vs. actual variance analysis, identifying cost drivers, and preparing explanations and recommendations.

  • Active involvement in monthly and quarterly close processes: ensuring accuracy of accruals, provisions, and expense classification from a controlling perspective; close collaboration with Accounting and other functions.

  • Ownership of Working Capital processes (AR, AP): regular performance analysis, monitoring KPI trends, and developing actions to improve turnover and overall cash position.

  • Preparation of analytical reports and management commentary on monthly and quarterly results (GE, Working Capital, Cash Flow).

  • Participation in financial planning and forecasting within the area of responsibility (GE, Working Capital), including risk and assumption analysis.

  • Support to Sales Controlling activities, including analysis of sales performance, TTC, Promo analysis.

  • Administrator of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) within the scope of responsibility: maintaining and updating the RCM, coordinating control owners, monitoring control execution, and supporting internal audit activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and internal controls within the scope of responsibility.

  • Support of ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects related to cost control, efficiency improvement, Sales and financial process automatization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI
  • Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English
  • Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high quality and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
