We are currently looking for Lead Generation Specialist, who will be responsible for:

Handling replies from automated outbound campaigns in LinkedIn and email;

Working with outreach tools such as HeyReach, Lemlist, LinkedHelper, Smartlead, Instantly, and similar platforms;

Qualifying replies and identifying potential sales opportunities;
-
Maintaining communication with warm leads through personalized follow-ups to move them toward the qualified opportunity stage;

Updating lead statuses, notes, and contact data in the CRM system;
-
Managing and cleaning lead databases for outbound campaigns;
-
Supporting the lead generation process through automated tools;
-
Submitting qualified requests to Sales Managers for further processing.
Must have:

Fluent spoken and written English (B2-C1);

Experience working with outbound lead generation campaigns;

Experience handling replies from LinkedIn and email outreach;

Understanding of basic sales qualification and lead nurturing;

Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM systems;

Experience with outreach automation tools is a plus;

Systematicity, attention to detail, and excellent self-organization.
