Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle (RFQ/RFP/RFI) for complex logistics and project cargo opportunities for import to Kazakhstan
  • Drive business development and business network with international oil & gas clients and EPC contractors
  • Develop and secure project cargo opportunities in West Kazakhstan, supporting large-scale industrial and energy projects
  • Design and implement tailor-made logistics solutions for oversized, heavy-lift, and high-value cargo for all relevant transport modes: air, sea, railway, road, intermodal
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, pricing, HSE, legal) to deliver competitive and compliant tender submissions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, subcontractors, and local partners
  • Monitor market trends, infrastructure developments, and regulatory requirements in the Caspian and West Kazakhstan region

Required Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience in project cargo sales within global freight forwarding/logistics
  • Strong track record in tender management and complex contract negotiations
  • Hands-on experience with project cargos in the oil & gas sector, ideally in West Kazakhstan, is essential
  • Solid understanding of heavy-lift, breakbulk, and multimodal transport solutions
  • Established network within oil & gas operators, EPCs, and industrial clients
  • Strong commercial, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Russian
