What You Will Own
You will run the franchise network like a business inside the business.
Full operational control of franchisees
Revenue growth across the network
Accountability for underperforming locations
Conflict resolution and decision making
Hiring and managing internal team
No excuses. Only numbers.
What Success Looks Like
Franchise revenue grows month over month
Weak franchisees either improve or exit
Operations run without founder involvement
Team executes without micromanagement
Problems are solved before they reach the founder
Your Core Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Performance
Track KPIs across all franchisees
Identify weak operators and fix or replace them
Push revenue, margin, and close rates
Enforce standards without negotiation
2. Operations
Build and improve systems
Remove bottlenecks
Implement scalable processes
3. Team Leadership
Hire, fire, and manage internal team
Hold people accountable
Build execution culture
4. Content & Communication (RU + EN)
Record videos in Russian and English
Lead calls with franchisees in both languages
Clearly explain strategy, changes, and expectations
Be the operational voice of the company
5. Decision Making
Make fast, independent decisions
Escalate only critical issues
Take full ownership of outcomes
Fluent Russian and English (mandatory, daily use)
Experience in home services / franchise / service business
Strong understanding of P&L
Proven track record of scaling operations
Ability to handle pressure and conflict
Comfortable on camera

Compensation:
Compensation is discussed after interview, starting from $5,000/month after probation period
Growth based on performance and results
