Location: Latin America (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-scale business setup in the region from scratch: developing a market entry strategy, building a partner network, and establishing a sales team.
- Focus on a "hunter" approach: high-velocity acquisition of partners (IBs, Affiliates, KOLs, trading communities).
- Full-cycle management: from lead generation to post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales or business development with a proven track record of client acquisition.
- Languages: Spanish – fluent or native; English – sufficient for team communication.
- Personal qualities: high resilience to stress, strong motivation for bonuses and results, readiness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Salary: base salary + sales bonuses (unlimited)
