We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales and growth across Uzbekistan and neighboring markets.
This role is a dedicated sales position passionate about promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and industrial gases, including:
- Liquid CO₂ (LCO₂)
- Liquid Nitrogen (LIN)
- Liquid Oxygen (LOX)
- Argon (LAR)
- Helium
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering commercial results across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across assigned markets
- Develop and expand business opportunities in key industry sectors
- Manage relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new clients
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and participate in industry events
- Manage sales and strategies including direct sales, partner channels, and auctions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, finance) to deliver product to customers
- Lead contract management, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Lead internal business cases and cross-functional projects when required
Key Customers & Industries
You will collaborate with a varied portfolio of clients, including companies in:
- Beverage industry (carbonated drinks production)
- Metallurgical and automotive sectors
- Food and agro-processing industry
- Other manufacturing and industrial sectors
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or technical products
- Experience with pricing, budgeting, and profitability management
- Strong commercial outlook and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop business opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Technical competence and interest in industrial solutions
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good team player able to navigate in multi-stakeholder environment
- Good understanding of local context and able to translate it to global ways of working
- Willing and capable to frequently travel across Uzbekistan and sometimes abroad (e.g. in the region of Central Asia)
