Responsibilities:
- Corporate work (charters, resolutions, boards of directors, etc.).
- Contract work (review, negotiation, development of standard templates: supply, services, contracting, and others).
- Litigation and claims work (representing both plaintiff and defendant, general jurisdiction).
- Support during inspections by government authorities, contesting decisions issued as a result of inspections.
- Providing legal advice on all business-related matters to various departments (procurement, sales, etc.).
- Interaction with other departments on a variety of issues.
- Participation in the regulation and standardization of all processes related to legal support.
- Support of intellectual property matters.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in international trading&manufacturing companies.
- Readiness for hands-on work (this is not a managerial role)
- English - at least B2 level (oral and written)
- Knowledge of legislation and practical experience applying it in relevant areas.
- Ability to quickly navigate new fields and areas of work.
- High level of independence and self-management.
- Analytical mindset, ability to process large volumes of information and identify key points.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Ability/experience in building cross-functional collaboration.
- Business-oriented approach.
- Strong computer skills (advanced user): Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint required.
- Knowledge of industry (medical equipment, healthcare) specifics is an advantage.
