Job Purpose
To organize and deliver technical, soft skills, and English language training programs for employees, support their professional development, and promote the company’s culture, values, and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and adaptation trainings for new employees
- Deliver trainings on corporate culture and internal regulations
- Organize English language lessons and employee development programs
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans
- Organize technical and soft skills training sessions
- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and assessment tools
- Maintain training records and reports
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress
Requirements
- Experience as an English teacher or trainer
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
