Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation Lead to lead the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules for a US-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
- Facilitate requirements workshops with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Executive stakeholders
- Own configuration of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Coordinate data integration with ERP and financial systems
- Drive testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, training, and adoption
- Establish governance and continuous improvement roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years experience in EPM / CPM implementations
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations
- Prior experience working with US-based companies
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
Work Arrangement:
- Location: Belarus (Gomel or Minsk)- Hybrid, Poland - remote
- Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite
- Full-time engagement supporting a US client
