The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in Kazakhstan by developing new opportunities, focusing on the sales of our renewable energy product portfolio and strengthening our presence in the local market.
You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to market growth through strategic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of our renewable energy product portfolio
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including introduction of new products suitable for the Kazakh market
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and monitor business opportunities
- Work with CRM systems to manage pipeline and customer data
Your Profile
You are a proactive and responsible professional with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. You understand the local market and are able to build meaningful business connections.
We expect that you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in sales
- Have a background in the renewable energy sector (mandatory)
- Have strong connections with key market players and understanding of regional business environment
- Are fluent in Kazakh & Russian (native level) and have good command of English (min. B2)
- Are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Are a team player with strong organisational and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Experience in renewable energy is essential
- Strong network within the industry is highly desirable
