We are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and are always ready to assist our customers throughout their journey with our service. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our growing Support Team and help us build long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support regarding the company’s products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns efficiently and courteously
- Assist customers with onboarding and account verification procedures
- Support KYC processes by reviewing customer information and documentation in accordance with internal procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding verification requests and required documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Finance, Compliance, and Technical Support to provide accurate guidance and solutions to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance standards
- Work on a shift rotation schedule, including weekends
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages
- Additional language skills such as Ukrainian, Kazakh, Polish, Czech, German, or Hindi will be considered an advantage
- Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in Customer Support or a similar role will be considered an additional advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Good computer literacy and basic technical skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
- Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and customer-focused approach
