Country Operations & Commercial Manager

We are building a talent pool for upcoming business expansion in Azerbaijan and are looking for a strong Country Operations & Commercial Manager to join our future team in Baku.

This is a talent pool position for planned hiring. The role is suitable for experienced managers who can combine commercial thinking, team coordination, and operational control. You will support business growth, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure smooth execution of company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and support business development
• Coordinate commercial activities and local partnerships
• Control reporting, planning, and internal processes
• Work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and service teams
• Support implementation of company standards and performance goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, commercial management, or branch leadership
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in B2B, retail, logistics, or service operations
• Confident English and Russian
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
