Job Purpose

The Customer Relation Manager is the main contact person between the Uzbekistan Fertilizers & Chemicals team and customers. The role is responsible for keeping customers updated about orders and shipments, solving issues quickly, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate regularly with customers about orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Share updates on cargo status, schedules, delays, and arrivals.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

2. Order & Shipment Tracking

  • Monitor customer orders from confirmation until final delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Make sure shipment documents and details are accurate and shared on time.

3. Issue Resolution

  • Handle delivery problems, missing documents, and service-related issues.
  • Escalate important issues to management when necessary.
  • Follow up until the issue is resolved and the customer is satisfied.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Ensure reliable and consistent customer service.
  • Support customer retention and repeat business.

5. Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Keep records of customer communications and shipment updates.
  • Prepare regular reports for management and sales teams.
  • Maintain proper records of contracts, orders, and correspondence.

6. Internal Team Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, logistics, production, and finance teams.
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on delivery schedules, invoicing, and customer commitments.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication (English, Russian, Uzbek)
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
  • Good organization and follow-up skills
