We are looking for a driven and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and streamline our real estate development projects. You will act as the vital link between our internal teams, external contractors, and local authorities. Your goal is to ensure that our residential and commercial projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee operational workflows for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth transitions between design, construction, and close-out phases.
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, and suppliers. You will oversee the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendors meet performance standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities to secure zoning approvals and building permits. Ensure all site operations comply with building codes and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, review construction draw requests, and track expenses. You will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating financial risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to track construction progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Legal departments to keep operations aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for the executive team, detailing project timelines, budget status, and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of operational or project management experience within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the development process (entitlement, design phases, construction methods, and property management).
- Ability to read and manage complex construction budgets, financial pro-formas, and cash flow schedules.
- Proficiency in real estate/construction management software and MS Office/Google Suite.
