We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is key in supporting employees, maintaining office efficiency, and coordinating administrative processes.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting rooms, including support during meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (registration, distribution, tracking).
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office purchasing.
- Maintain office facilities and coordinate repairs with external vendors.
- Arrange workplace setup for new employees.
- Liaise with landlords, cleaning services, and other service providers.
- Coordinate business travel (hotel bookings, flights) and visa support.
- Coordinate transportation services (e.g., taxis).
- Manage document flow and administrative records.
- Support organization of team events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare reports and documents as requested by management.
- Provide translation (written and verbal) when needed.
- Track employee leave requests and maintain related documentation.
- Manage medical records for local staff.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Relevant professional education.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Skilled in MS Office and common office software.
- Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian languages.

- Annual performance bonus
- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- The workplace is located on the territory of the Fergana Refinery in Fergana city
- Annual leave – 21 calendar days. The company also provides additional leave of 3 calendar days per year
