CRM Expert

We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist to support customer engagement and retention activities for the Uzbekistan market within a fast-growing licenced online sports betting business.

This position is fully focused on player communication, campaign execution, audience segmentation, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will understand how to create relevant and localised CRM journeys that improve engagement, activity levels, and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns targeting the Uzbekistan market
Prepare and execute customer communication across SMS, push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and other retention channels
Develop localised and market-relevant messaging adapted to player behaviour and audience preferences
Build audience segments and customer journeys based on player activity, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns
Analyse campaign performance, customer interaction metrics, and retention KPIs to optimise future activity
Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, product, support, and compliance teams

Requirements

Previous experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement within online betting or digital products
Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys
Experience working with CRM and engagement platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, or similar tools
Strong understanding of player segmentation, retention strategy, bonus communication, and campaign optimisation
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and campaign performance data
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-moving and evolving environment
Fluent Uzbek and Russian are mandatory
Good level of English
