Relationship Manager
International multi-family office is looking for a strong Relationship Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be the primary day-to-day owner of client relationships and serve high-net-worth families as a “single point of entry.” You will report directly to the Head of MFO and work closely with internal and external specialists. Your mission is to ensure a level of coordination and service at which the client never feels “lost” between different departments, while receiving a seamless, personalized, high-touch experience.
This role is not administrative or secretarial support; we are looking for a true client partner who can speak the language of business and wealth management.
Candidates without experience handling cross-border requests and international compliance will be rejected at the CV screening stage.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNW) in Multi-Family Office, Single Family Office, or top-tier Private Banking environments.

Fluency in English and Russian at a level sufficient for complex negotiations and legal correspondence.

Proven expertise in client servicing, cross-border coordination, and managing complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Deep understanding of international ownership structures (Trusts, Foundations, VCC, PIC), as well as KYC / AML / Source of Wealth processes in Tier-1 and Tier-2 jurisdictions, including Russia and Kazakhstan.

Strong commercial mindset, ability to identify real client needs, build deep trust, and “sell” convenience through high-level service.

Highly organized, with exceptional attention to follow-up, a structured approach to reporting, and resilience in a dynamic working environment.

Ability to act as the “orchestrator” in multidisciplinary cases involving tax advisors, investment analysts, and lifestyle managers at the same time.

Experience not only in maintaining client communication, but also in identifying hidden family needs and expanding the mandate through solving truly complex issues.
Key Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact and the “front door” for the family’s daily requests and needs. Skillfully triage client inquiries, separating strategically important matters from routine tasks.

Manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fast response times across all requests. Focus on minimizing Time to First Value through rapid onboarding and early value delivery.

Coordinate and synthesize input from internal functions — tax, legal, and banking — to provide the client with a unified, integrated solution.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Client Action Plan and strategic service roadmap for each client relationship.

Lead all client communications, ensuring that meeting notes and next steps are clearly documented and executed.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the office’s service mandate through trust-based relationship building.

Coordinate cross-border matters, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across different jurisdictions.

Track and regularly report on the status of all active client projects, preventing any gaps in service delivery.

Qualify clients and deepen relationships, converting initial requests into long-term loyalty.

Ensure a high-touch service level through effective expectation management and proactive status updates.
