Senior Family Office Advisor
We are looking to hire a Senior Family Office Advisor to join our Multi-Family Office as a key strategic advisor and client-facing leader. The role reports to the CIO / Head of Advisory and works closely with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams. This position may not have direct line reports, but it will coordinate the work of PM, reporting, and operations specialists to ensure a consistent advisory process and a high-quality client experience.

We are seeking a highly credible, structured, and commercially strong professional who can build trust with UHNW families and translate complex situations into clear strategic solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a mature, owner-to-owner negotiation style, excellent judgment, and the ability to explain sophisticated concepts simply and confidently. A deep sense of discretion, accountability, and client empathy is essential.

The successful candidate should have 10–15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office Advisory, or Big4 / strategic advisory roles. A strong background in investment strategy, portfolio theory, asset structuring, family governance, and UHNW client advisory is required. Experience in complex holding structures, discovery-led advisory, investment memo preparation, and advisory sales is highly valued. The ability to work on strategic topics such as IPS, CIO Office frameworks, Family Treasury, manager selection, and governance design will be a strong advantage.

Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
Responsibilities

Lead discovery conversations with families to identify their objectives, priorities, risks, and structural gaps.

Translate client needs into a clear advisory scope, service model, and problem statement.

Design and present strategic solutions across CIO Office Light, Investment Committee Support, Manager Selection & Oversight, and CIO Office Premium services.

Explain how investment decisions affect family liquidity, capital protection, control, and long-term continuity.

Prepare, defend, and refine investment memos, strategy papers, and solution architectures for client approvals.

Moderate and support Investment Committee discussions, including complex mandates and Family Treasury topics.

Act as a trusted strategic partner to the family, building confidence through clarity, discipline, and sound judgment.

Coordinate with PM, legal, tax, reporting, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of the advisory mandate.

Identify hidden risks, inefficiencies, and weak points in the current capital management model and propose improvements.

Maintain long-term client trust by guiding the family through the full advisory journey, from assessment to implementation and ongoing oversight.

Данная роль подчиняется CIO / Руководителю направления консультирования (Head of Advisory) и тесно взаимодействует с портфельными менеджерами, клиентскими менеджерами (Relationship Managers), а также командами юридического, налогового и операционного сопровождения.
У данной позиции может не быть прямых подчиненных, однако она будет координировать работу специалистов по управлению портфелем, отчетности и операционным процессам, чтобы обеспечить единый подход к консультированию и высокий уровень клиентского сервиса.
