We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist
What we’re looking for:
– English: B2–C1, clear pronunciation
– Workspace: Quiet, isolated environment
– Equipment: Personal computer or laptop, headset with microphone
– Internet: Stable high-speed connection
– Bonus: Spanish at B1 level or higher
What you’ll do:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via SMS
– Know and follow our company policies when assisting customers, and quickly adapt to any updates or changes
– Create, edit, and schedule new jobs and follow-up visits for technicians in the CRM system
– Coordinate communication between customers and technicians via internal work chat, resolving issues efficiently
– Handle challenging situations professionally and with tact
– Make outgoing calls as needed
– Work effectively under stress and handle multiple tasks at once
