We are not hiring a traditional Sales Manager.
We're looking for someone who combines:
• Business Development
• Strategic Partnerships

• Commercial Operations
• Launch Management
Your mission is to identify new markets, build partnerships, and create new revenue streams.
What You'll Do:
- Source and onboard strategic partners
- Manage partnerships from first contact to launch
- Identify and validate new business opportunities
- Launch new verticals and commercial initiatives
- Build long-term strategic relationships
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Content teams
- Drive company growth through new revenue channels
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 3+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Marketplace Operations, or General Management
- Proven track record of launching initiatives from scratch
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B business models
- Marketing
- Product Management
- E-commerce
- Fluent English
Preferred Experience:
- Telehealth
- HealthTech
- B2B SaaS
- Fintech
- E-commerce
- Regulated industries
Success Metrics:
- New partnerships signed
