Shift: 6PM-3AM
Pay: $300 fixed base pay (guaranteed) + up to $300 per driver

Intensive training provided by the company

REQUIREMENTS:
English: C1 level English with American accent
No University Degree is required
Strong communication skills
University students: okay

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post driver job ads/generate leads
• Screen and interview driver candidates (license checks, experience verification)
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
