English Language Teacher

Persons LC is expanding its teaching team and invites an experienced English Language Teacher to join our professional environment and work with adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct English language lessons for adult students.

• Develop and follow structured lesson plans and educational materials.

• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress.

• Apply effective and modern teaching methodologies.

• Maintain a professional and productive learning environment.

• Provide students with regular feedback and support throughout the learning process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.

• English proficiency level: C1 or above.

• Higher education in English Language, English Philology, Pedagogy, or a related specialisation.

• Experience teaching adult students.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible and professional approach to work.

• Availability to work morning shift, daytime shift, or full-time.
