Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience with Java 17+
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate
- Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns and microservices
- Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and Git
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Understanding of modern AI Agent / Agentic AI development
- Hands-on experience building AI Agents and agent-based workflows
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Knowledge of tool/function calling, agent tools, memory, context and multi-step agent workflows
- Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector databases is a plus
- Practical experience using Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for development, debugging, refactoring and automation
- Ability to integrate AI Agents into Java/Spring Boot applications
