Responsibilities:
- Consolidate data from internal information systems and external data providers;
- Ensure data quality, consistency and timely updates;
- Support the availability and effective use of the corporate data warehouse;
- Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain data and analytics infrastructure;
- Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and business units;
- Monitor the quality and consistency of data used in business analytics;
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decision-making;
- Advise internal stakeholders on data analytics and reporting;
- Support business teams in interpreting analytical results and turning insights into actions;
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business effectiveness;
- Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the organization.
- University degree in a technical, statistical, economic or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role;
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R or PL/SQL;
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Excel;
- SAP experience would be an advantage;
- Understanding of business finance, including pricing, accounting and logistics;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and business functions;
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently;
- English and Kazakh language proficiency would be an advantage.
