Head of IFIs & Investor Relations Division

Key responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with international financial institutions, foreign banks, investors, and other international partners;
• Leading negotiations on bilateral and syndicated financing, ECA-backed facilities, capital markets transactions, and other international financing structures;
• Managing cooperation with international rating agencies;
• Reviewing and negotiating term sheets, financing agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and related transaction documentation;
• Coordinating pricing, covenants, conditions precedent, and other key financing terms;
• Managing complex cross-functional transactions together with Legal, Risk, Treasury, Compliance, and other relevant departments;
• Preparing materials and recommendations for senior management;
• Leading a team and coordinating multiple international projects and transactions;

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in international banking, corporate/investment banking, IFIs, investor relations, project finance, or a related field;
• Strong experience in negotiations with foreign banks, IFIs, investors, and international partners;
• Understanding of international financing instruments and structures;
• Excellent command of English, Russian, and Uzbek;
• Chinese language skills will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
