As the Сustomer service specialist you’ll responsible for maximising the effectiveness of customer service processes related to KZ & KG distributors
What You’ll Do
- Process of distributors orders.
- Conduct negotiation with distributors on orders placement, payments and reports.
- Activities may include analysis, planning and forecasting in the areas of production, stocks monitoring at distributors and distribution.
- Preparations of calculations related to compensations to distributors
- Preparations of corresponding pre-approvals for further upload to UDA
- Identify and explore potential business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 1 years' experience as customer service specialist
- Good communication and analytic skills
- Efficient Computer Skills (advanced Excel knowledge).
