Duties and responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and engineering works on-site.
- Manage and oversee all on-site personnel.
- Ensure proper allocation and use of resources and materials.
- Review drawings, technical documentation and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Russian/English
Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP (HVAC, firefighting, water supply systems).
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD); proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
