Head teacher / Director of English teachers

ABOUT COMPANY

Established in 2019, StudyON is a network of English language centers focused on practical communication skills — 80% speaking and 20% grammar.

We are currently looking for a Head Teacher for our Online Department, who will be responsible for the academic quality of online education and the development of our online teachers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support online teachers;

• Conduct lesson evaluations and provide feedback;

• Train and support teachers in their professional development;

• Monitor the quality of teaching and students' progress;

• Participate in the recruitment and adaptation of new teachers;

• Conduct consultations with new students and assess their needs and level.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of teaching experience;

• English level C1 or higher;

• IELTS 7.0+ will be a plus;

• Experience mentoring or working with teachers will be an advantage;

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

CONDITIONS:
