Responsibilities:
- Search for and attract new affiliate partners
- Negotiate terms and establish long-term partnerships
- Onboard clients to the affiliate program
- Provide ongoing support to affiliates and help resolve any operational issues
- Maintain and update the affiliate partner database
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Communicate regularly with active partners and resolve potential conflicts
- Motivate and develop affiliate relationships to drive results
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing
- Previous work experience in affiliate teams of online sportsbooks, gaming or multi-format affiliate programs
- Strong communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English; French will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the local market
- Goal-oriented mindset, initiative and proactivity
- Problem-solving and persistence
- Experience in cold outreach and partner acquisition in a competitive market
