Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training plans, including internal and external training programs for FF teams and retail partners.
- Manage training effectiveness for Field Force teams, covering product knowledge, sales skills, ecosystem knowledge, and overall sales capability development.
- Collaborate with HQ training teams to adapt global training strategies for the local market, prepare training materials, and manage training projects.
- Analyze training results and continuously improve training programs to enhance team performance and sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, sales, or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience in developing training materials, presentations, and learning programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience working with Field Force teams is an advantage.
- Fluent Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage.
