Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for dealer sales teams.
• Train dealers on GEELY model range, specifications, configurations, technologies, and key product advantages.
• Deliver training on sales process, customer communication, needs analysis, vehicle presentation, test-drive process, objection handling, and deal closing.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, tests, checklists, and sales scripts.
• Conduct knowledge assessments before and after training sessions.
• Analyze training needs of dealer staff and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation of sales and customer service standards in dealerships.
• Collect feedback from participants and dealer managers.
• Prepare training reports and maintain training records.
• Visit dealer centers when required to conduct training and provide on-site support.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, training, customer service, or the automotive industry.
• Experience in automotive sales will be a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain product and technical information in a clear and simple way.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service standards.
• Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluency in English, Russian and Uzbek is required.
• Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to dealer centers when needed.
• Responsible, proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented.
