HSSE Officer / HSSE Engineer

Location: Nurobod district, Samarkand

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support HSSE compliance across the plant/site.
• Conduct daily HSSE inspections and prepare HSSE reports.
• Support risk assessments, Permit to Work (PTW), isolation and other safety processes.
• Support HSSE training, campaigns and contractor HSSE compliance.
• Participate in emergency drills, incident response and investigations.
• Monitor PPE availability and follow up on required supplies.
• Maintain compliance with company HSSE standards, procedures and local legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the HSSE Management System.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HSSE experience in the Utilities/Energy sector.
• HSSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, IEMA or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of local and international HSSE standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• PV/BESS operational experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
