1. Education and Work Experience
- Education: Higher education (in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Economics, or Law).
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in organizational and administrative management, operational management, or facility support/facilities management;
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in coordinating administrative tasks and managing a team.
2. Organizational and Administrative Skills (Core Competencies)
- Workflow and Operational Management:
- Ensuring the smooth and continuous daily operation of the office and company departments, as well as compliance with internal rules, policies, and regulations;
- Establishing the internal communication system and coordinating operational communication between departments.
- Event and Meeting Organization:
- Organizing executive meetings, strategic sessions, business meetings, and reception of local and international guests (delegations, protocol events) at a high level;
- Taking full responsibility for the organizational support (venue, equipment, catering, transport) of corporate events and internal meetings.
- Business Travel and Logistics Management:
- Organizing local and international business trips for management and employees (flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, transfers, visa support).
- Office Infrastructure and Facilities Management:
- Monitoring and maintaining the proper condition of office spaces, buildings, and infrastructure facilities;
- Conducting negotiations and entering into contracts on optimal terms with external vendors/contractors providing stationery, security, cleaning, catering, IT equipment, and transport services.
- Budgeting and Cost Optimization:
- Drafting annual/monthly budgets for administrative and organizational expenses, analyzing expenditures, and optimizing costs.
- Internal Control and Safety:
- Ensuring compliance with labor protection, fire safety, and access control system (entry/exit control) standards on company premises.
3. Computer Literacy and Language Proficiency
- ICT and Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), task/event management platforms, and online meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
- Language Skills:
- Uzbek and Russian — Fluent (spoken and written, for conducting business communication with management and partners);
- Korean — Minimum TOPIK 4 / Level 4–5 or fluent/working level (for conducting negotiations and coordinating organizational tasks with Korean management, partners, and delegations);
- English — B2 level (considered an added advantage).

- High Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate clear instructions to the team.
- Multitasking: Ability to oversee multiple organizational and administrative processes simultaneously without compromising quality.
