Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
• Control budgets, costs, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute promotional activities to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Russian and/or Kazakh; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems.
