We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations team. We are responsible for the development, digitalization, and automation of the company’s business processes — and act as the driving force behind change across the organization. Our team is a close-knit group of Project Managers and Business Analysts. We support each other, openly discuss ideas, and work together to turn them into tangible results.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining policies, methodological materials, templates, guidelines, and process documentation.
  • Documenting and formalizing business processes using BPMN notation.
  • Preparing technical specifications (TЗ) for the development team based on business requirements.
  • Collaborating with the development team to clarify technical specifications and participate in the acceptance of delivered solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Project Management team on projects.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Methodologist, or Technical Writer.
  • Preferred: experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 / UML notation and relevant tools such as draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, or Business Studio.
  • Understanding of business process modeling principles and familiarity with methodological frameworks such as BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking: ability to consolidate fragmented and incomplete information into a coherent and consistent overall picture.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities: comfortable working on several projects simultaneously, with different contexts, teams, and deadlines.
  • Flexible mindset: able to understand the broader context and adapt rather than mechanically follow predefined rules.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, advocate for process and company interests, and manage client expectations.
Conditions:
  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Work permit arrangements.
  • Corporate meals for office employees (breakfast and lunch).
  • 5/2 work schedule.
  • Office work.
  • Flexible start of working days.
