We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our growing organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting operations, and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities

Lead accounting and finance operations, including monthly and year-end closing.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning processes.

Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.

Manage external audit, tax advisory, and financial institution relationships.

Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.

Ensure accurate and timely Group reporting.

Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

7+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a managerial/supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Big 4 experience is a significant advantage.

Good knowledge of Uzbek accounting and tax regulations.

Experience in an international or multinational environment is preferred.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Fluent English; Turkish is a strong plus.
