Business Development Manager – KPO & GCC

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Global Business Services (GBS) Department.

Our team works to attract international companies to Uzbekistan and support them in establishing Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) operations and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), contributing to the development of the country’s service exports and international business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract international companies interested in establishing KPO operations and GCCs in Uzbekistan;
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential investors and business partners;
• Establish and maintain relationships with international companies and key decision-makers;
• Lead the engagement process from initial contact and presentation to negotiations and market entry;
• Conduct market research and prepare business presentations, pitch decks, analytical materials and investment proposals;
• Identify the needs of potential investors and develop tailored proposals;
• Coordinate and support companies throughout the market-entry process;
• Assist companies with office search, recruitment, IT Park residency and other operational aspects of establishing their presence in Uzbekistan;
• Coordinate with government institutions, local partners and other stakeholders involved in investment projects;
• Represent IT Park Uzbekistan at international conferences, business missions, exhibitions and meetings with potential investors;
• Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, negotiations and project progress.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, investment promotion, consulting, KPO, GBS, outsourcing or related fields;
• Proven experience in attracting clients, investors or international companies;
• English — C1 or above;
• Knowledge of at least one additional foreign language;
• Strong negotiation, presentation and business communication skills;
• Ability to prepare clear and structured business presentations, analytical materials and proposals;
• Good understanding of international business and experience working with foreign companies;
• Willingness to travel internationally and participate in business events and missions;
• Strong initiative, independence and results-oriented approach.

Would Be an Advantage

• Experience in KPO, BPO, GBS, GCC or outsourcing;
• Understanding of global GCC and international outsourcing trends;
• Experience working with international investors or multinational companies;
• Established international business network and relevant professional contacts;
• Experience in investment projects or supporting companies entering new markets.
