Manager, Department of Strategic Initiatives

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a Manager to join the Department of Strategic Initiatives.

The department focuses on identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic projects and initiatives, and exploring opportunities for cooperation with international technology companies and strategic partners.

This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys researching markets, developing business ideas, working with international stakeholders and turning strategic concepts into practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the implementation of strategic initiatives and investment projects;
• Research global technology trends, emerging markets and new business opportunities;
• Identify potential areas for growth and develop proposals for new strategic initiatives;
• Work closely with the Startup and Export Departments to identify opportunities for collaboration and develop joint initiatives;
• Conduct market and industry research and analyze relevant economic and technology trends;
• Prepare analytical reports, business cases, investment proposals and presentations for senior management;
• Participate in negotiations and business meetings with international technology companies, government institutions and strategic partners;
• Coordinate projects with internal departments and external stakeholders;
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and prepare updates for management;
• Support the development of presentations and materials for international meetings, forums and business missions;
• Use modern AI tools to improve research, analysis, content preparation and day-to-day work processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, International Relations, Technology or a related field;
• Relevant experience in strategy, business development, investment, consulting, research, project management or a related area;
• Strong analytical and research skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, identify key insights and translate them into actionable recommendations;
• Strong business writing and presentation skills;
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 or above);
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Confident use of AI tools for research, analysis, content preparation and productivity;
• Ability to prepare structured analytical materials, business cases and executive-level presentations;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
