Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage and oversee all daily laundry operations.
- Ensure efficient processing of hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Maintain quality standards for washing, drying, ironing, and finishing.
- Supervise, train, and motivate laundry associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and control linen losses.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other operational departments.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and departmental budgets.
- Monitor laundry equipment performance and arrange preventive maintenance when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laundry operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Previous experience in an international hotel brand is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Russian and Uzbek are an advantage.
