We are currently looking for a HR Manager/HR Generalist to join our team in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities:

• Full recruiting cycle: targeted hiring for IT, business positions and back-office;

• Close cooperation with internal customers and high-quality communication with candidates;

• Monitoring of the local labor market and analytics, working with different search channels;

• Supporting employees during the adaptation period, supporting mentors and managers during the probationary period;

• Working with staff, increasing employee satisfaction and engagement;

• Maintaining document flow, interaction with related specialists (CDP, finance, etc.);

• Working in a distributed HR team, maintaining and improving existing HR processes;

• Monitoring the situation in the office, the mood and well-being of employees (1to1, surveys, damage control, etc.);

• Assistance in organizing corporate events, holidays and congratulations;

• Participation in other HR department projects;

• Development of corporate culture and improving other HR processes, increasing employee engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting;

• Knowledge of Russian and Armenian at level C1 (English as advantage);

• Understanding the labor market in Armenia, knowledge of personnel search channels and conducting analytics;

• Experience in interviewing techniques;

• High speed and quality of work (~4 vacancies per month)
