Recruiter/ Truck Driver Recruiter (Remote)

Call2Action AI is a US-based HR Tech startup building an AI-powered hiring platform for the trucking industry. We help trucking companies hire drivers faster through automation, AI recruiting tools, and modern recruitment workflows.

Position

We are looking for Recruiter to support our growing team. The primary focus of this role (approximately 90%) will be recruiting truck drivers for our clients in the US trucking industry. Occasionally, you will also assist with hiring internal team members for various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified truck driver candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with recruiting for internal company positions when needed.

• Work closely with hiring managers and the operations team to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the trucking industry and recruitment

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.

• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.

• English B2+

• Candidates from Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan are preferred.
Eligible locations: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan
